“nobody likes wet lettuce in a salad” I just use a normal strainer and I shake it a bit and that’s good enough for me: I dont need the lettuce to be bone dry. I actually prefer it to be a bit moist.
My new favorite is long metal chopsticks that I use for frying, flipping, plating, grabbing, basically anything that I can use instead of my fingers so they donβt get burnt/dirty! Plus they are dishwasher safe and super easy to use since they are connected π
